The position ensures assets are operated and maintained in a cost effective non-impacted manner. You will take care of a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for:Planning, coordinating and execution of facility maintenance such as landscaping and cleaningDefining the management of the outsourced relationshipDetecting and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvementsHandling communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysisContributing to projects as a team memberFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have completed Bachelor studies from an accredited university or collegeHave proven experience in the area of properties and technical understanding of building technologyBe able to demonstrated oral and written communication skills and be fluent in EnglishBe capable of working effectively both in teams and independentlyBe able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal skillWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
