Factory ControllerYou have a passion for finance and you like to make positive process changes? Become our new Factory controller and bring your career to the next level.You will be responsible for planning and coordinating plant budget and all business planning activities in alignment with Group policies and practices. You will provide financial direction to the factory as well as recommendations to steer the factory performance with a continuous improvement mindset and ensure company targets are successfully met.Your future team: reporting to Industrial controlling manager South Europe you will be part of international team of 8 colleagues located in France, Spain, Romania and Croatia.What you will be doing Prepares the manufacturing budget/yearly estimations by establishing schedules, collecting and analyzing data, challenging the organization and doing recommendations.Ensures accuracy of physical inventories, controlling the flow of raw materials and other assets in the manufacturing environment.Assuring that reports required from the company and the Group are reached at the fixed deadline and they are in line with established rules, reliable, real and relevant for the company.Analyzing, checking and summarizing the factory accounting data and statistical reports to allow the right decision taking by the Management, analyzing variances and trends.Establishment of corrective/preventive actions in cooperation with local management and direct superior with the aim of contributing to the effectiveness and performance of the manufacturing organization.Assistance and co-operation with the same-department controllers and with other departments in report making, data analysis, benchmarking, internal processes compliance and all needed activities within the frame of manufacturing controlling.Establish financial policies, controlling processes and reporting tools to support the definition and content of the business cases to guarantee the correct decisions on investments as well as ensuring the highest profitability.Guarantee the integrity of the financial information and ensure the needed coordination with RGBS assisting and supporting for its improvement.Assuring and supporting users on establishing internal and external procedures in accordance with Group Standards and verifying that they are used proposing changes when necessary.Conducting internal audits to verify the compliance of the above procedures doing recommendations if required and agreeing on corrective actions and its follow up.Guarantee the usage of RockBis in the manufacturing area for the different modules being the gate keeper of the internal system processes and main coordinator for any development or flows to be implemented where economic impact or Group Control Standards existActively working on controlling projects in accordance with the agreed strategies with the support of his superior.Follow up of the functionalities in connection with the module or IT tool she/he is super user for, ensuring the best usage and contributing to any development.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, sparing with other colleagues/departmentsWhat you bringMaster Degree’s in Finance or equivalentMinimum 2-3 years’ experience in major corporate company in similar roleFluent EnglishStrong digital working knowledge and culture: Excel advanced techniques (VBA is a +), strong SI and financial package understanding (SAP is a +), ability to build PPT presentation, Power Query and Power Pivot Solid planning / organizational skills and ability to meet strict deadlinesGood communication skills (written and oral)Business partnering approach to act cooperatively and build strong ties with different stakeholders Proactive mindset with fast learning skills and passionate about driving performanceDiverse and Inclusive Culture We value and cultivate a diverse and inclusive working culture where employees with different background, nationalities and competencies work side by side.We offer you: Exciting job in leading international company where you will have a chance to grow professionally and personally. 25 holiday days per year / 1 additional holiday day every 5 years of seniority in the company.
