Together we`ll empower people and organizations to realize their own vision for a better future.MissionAs a System Analyst you will work on internal developed applications together with Developers, Testers, Business Users, Product Owners and other support teams: Infrastructure, Security administration, etc.The System Analyst is responsible for analysing business requests, writing functional specifications for programmers, investigating incidents on our internal applications.Our team has experience working for different business lines creating workflows and functionalities used cross bank: HR, Operations, Security Administration, Compliance, Finance, IT, etc.Our environment inspires you to innovate and our Agile way of working empowers you to achieve set goals while also enhancing your technical skills.Your day to dayYou will work closely with Developers and Testers within the same team, delivering E2E functionalities to our internal clients.Accurately and concisely articulate issues, questions, recommendations to stakeholders, team members, and management. Proactively identify issues and concerns.You will have the chance to:Learn and understand about existing functionalities already implemented.Refine requirements and translate them into conceptual models/functional specifications based on the input of stakeholders.Challenge the business requirements, if needed, being ready to explain different approaches of the proposed solution.Provide ongoing support to Dev Team (3rd party provider) during development phase.Help create Test plan and design Test casesParticipate on UAT phase (User Acceptance Testing) together with stakeholders and the teams involved in order to offer support based on developed functionalities. Report on the process and communication to stakeholders.Follow Agile Way of Working principles on day to day business having an open mindset.Act as a 3rd line support investigation for Incidents and bugs.Report or escalate if needed and trace all discovered errors/bugs, taking into consideration incident criticality and SLA.Provide necessary documentation for application lifecycle.What you bring to the teamExperienceUniversity degree in Computer Science or other related fields preferred; equivalent experience will be considered;1- 3 years of proven experience in the role of System Analyst, IT Analyst;Experienced in understanding business terms, understanding of the importance of definitions and meaning of words;Hands on experience with SQL, SharePoint;Experience working with dataflows, schemas, visual representations;Strong understanding of data and business process;Strong understanding of data and business process modelling. Considered a PlusKnowledge of banking processes and products is a plus;Experienced in Agile way of working;Business Analysis learning path (trainings, workshops, courses) ongoing is a plus.SkillsGood in problem analysis and judgment. Problem solving skills: focus on solutions not on problems; Autonomous in executing tasks is a plus;Persistent in learning;Good communication and didactical skills;Good interpersonal skills and excellent team playe;Good level of English.
