Job Description Retaining and developing existing customers; Acquiring new businesses and increase profitability; Achieving of business targets by managing the relevant field sales territory; Identifing customers’ needs, analyse and solve potential issues; Promoting core products combined with customer-centric tailor made solutions; Projecting commitment for service excellence and representing its image; Ensure that all relevant information about existing and potential customers are updated in line with regional and local requirements; Prepare all reports and statistics of activities with the required accuracy. Requirements 1-3 years professional working experience in sales/business development, preferable in Logistics or in a related Industry; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent presentational skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in an easy to understand way; Excellent negotiating skills, commercial awareness and solid understanding of the Forwarding Industry; Numeracy, ability to think on your feet and solve problems; University Degree; Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Romanian and English; Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and any industry related software; Clean driving license.
