Role Specifics & Responsibilities Proactively reach out to customers in order to maintain and calibrate their equipmentInstall equipment for private and public customers (both hardware and software according to customer’s needs)Hotline function by e-mail and phone, i.e. helping solving customers’ challenges and answering questionsCalibration of devices & technical support at customers’ premisesFollow the regulations of MDR & ISO standards (you will be introduced to it) Qualifications Technical background, ideally with electronics (Medical Device)Experience from a similar role will be an advantageKnowledge of MDR & ISO standards for the medical industry is a great advantageFluency in Italian and EnglishAbility to work independently and with teamsWe are looking for someone who is able to listen and observe, at the same time patiently explain technical solutions to non-technical customersExperience with SalesForce.com systemHome place Piemonte are (preferably) If you are interested, do not hesitate to submit your resume and cover letter in English.
