We search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Controlling Service Center department from Iasi Engineering Location.
Controlling Service Center (CSC) provides worldwide/regionally services related to the business administration area, for the company's divisions and subdivisions, as economic data analysis, preparation and analysis of financial statements, strategic planning reports, monthly consolidated reports, in order to supply valuable information to the management.
Main responsibilities:
• Monthly Sales & Volume Reporting;
• Consolidation of external Sales & Volume for Actual and Forecasts;
• Detailed Analysis of Sales & Volume;
• Alignment with Sales-organization (as well as Plant Controllers) for ensuring high data quality;
• Preparation and Discussion of external Sales Forecast with BU Controlling and Sales Organization;
• Creation of Management Charts in PowerPoint/PowerBI, especially for Closing Packages;
Budget Process:
• Detailed Analysis of ET Sales Volumes;
• Creation of Management Charts for BU and Product line Responsible;
• Support activities even beyond Sales area, e.g. Plant Budget Booklet assistance;
Additional tasks:
• Provide various special Requests and Deep Dive Analysis regarding Sales related to customers, technologies or projects for internal Customers;
• Work on continuous improvement of CDP data quality together with Global Sales Coordination;
Weekly Tracking Sales
• Check Sales Input from Plants for Weekly Tracking and align with Profit & Loss Team on the weekly Sales figures reported to Division;
Sales Price Reporting:
• Compare actual to budget prices and calculate Sales Price impacts on BU level for Actual & Forecast;
• Initiate Actual-/ FC-comparisons for plausibility-checks;
• Discuss Sales prices with Sales organization on a regular basis for data quality improvement;
• Monthly analysis of sales price budget to actual & FC;
• Preparation of reports.
ICO Sales Coordination:
• Preparation and Coordination of the BU internal worldwide intercompany sales with all involved production plants for Actual / FC and Budget figures, including also the strategic outlook on the 5Y business plan. • University degree in Finance / Economics;
• English Advanced skills for writing, reading and speaking ;
• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• SAP Knowledge is a plus;
• Very structured, analytical working-style;
