Support the preparation of financial reports in line with local regulations and internal guidelines.Assist in compiling management accounts based on IFRS standards.Help with the preparation of statutory financial statements and coordination of external audits.Monitor and reconcile selected general ledger accounts.Contribute to the completion of statutory reports (., for statistical offices or national banks).Participate in monthly closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.Help track and improve the efficiency of financial closing processes.Support internal control checks and help resolve basic accounting system issues. About You
We are looking for a Financial Control Specialist with the following profile:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree (Accounting and Finance or equivalent)Minimum 2-3 years proven professional working experience in finance/accounting/auditProficiency in the accounting standards, local GAAPsFluent in English and Romanian (spoken and written)Knowledge of specifics of the FMCG environmentGeneral knowledge of taxationAdvanced MS Excel skillsYou are a strong and analytical person with attention to detail, a great team player who can work with many stakeholdersKnowledge and user experience with SAP is a plus About Us, We offer and What's next
