French Customer Care Specialist Sofia Bulgaria (Hybrid) with Relocation Package in Piteşti

As a Customer Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while using a company’s products or services. They build strong relationships with clients, provide guidance and support, and proactively address issues to improve satisfaction, retention, and overall customer experience. The role focuses on helping customers get maximum value from the product while identifying opportunities for growth and long-term partnership.
You will be focused on the French Market from Monday to Friday between 10:00-19:00. The position is hybrid and you will be requested to work on site on Wednesday and Thursday. 

What the role looks like:

  • Provide quality assurance, through checking all client product integrations are completed
  • Responsible for driving implementation setup progress for net-new Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) customers.
  • Deliver customer value through ensuring our customers are successful with LinkedIn Hiring in terms of adoption, usage and engagement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of LinkedIn products to effectively guide customers on best practices.
  • Track client customer lifecycle milestones, including onboarding and achieve goals related to customer license activation and user engagement on the LinkedIn Hiring platform.
  • Track and record customer activity in a timely manner in systems of record (e.g., CRM system)
  • Help triage troubleshooting tickets


Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English – written and verbal
  • Experience analyzing data, trends and client information to identify product or service growth opportunities
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to interact comfortably with both clients and internal departments
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision
  • Ability to work on queues/cases/tickets out of CRM platforms
  • The ability to build trust quickly and develop strong relationships
