Good command of English, both spoken and written
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good interpersonal communication and multi-tasking skills
High school graduated/University studies
Well organized, friendly, self-starter, flexible, problem-solver
Professional appearance
Your responsibilities will also include:
Handles incoming calls from clients and potential customers
Greets visitors, answers questions and directs them to the ︁appropriate individuals
Taking messages when required
Receives and distributes correspondence and parcels
Keep record of parking spots available for managers and visitors
Performs additional clerical tasks (conference room booking, invoices checking)
