As the Front-end Architect - Customer Experience, you own the end-to-end ideation, solutions, architecture and scaling of all customer-facing front-end products in our E-Business landscape, contributing to HEINEKEN International’s Evergreen strategy. You will work directly with the Product Owner(s) and Product Architect(s), understanding the business needs and helping Product Architect(s) to convert those needs into solution architecture specifications and services in line with overall architectural standards and roadmaps. The role sits within Digital & Technology as part of the E-Business team and will report directly to the Customer Experience Innovation & Technology Manager. Visit our website: Heineken (heineken-dt.pl) Your daily tasks may include:Managing senior stakeholders across global & local technology teamsDefining and owning the front-end architecture & key technology choices Working together with Customer Experience design team to support experimentation and shape the best-in-class Customer Experience in our digital products facing our customersEnsuring our front-end capabilities meet expected performance standards across both web & mobile experiencesSupporting and guiding the Product Architect(s) in selecting the preferred technology to service the product and documents the rationale behind itEnsuring solution design and technical decisions conforms to overall architectural (Domain, Enterprise) vision, principles and technical roadmap standardsConducting continuous improvement analysis on existing application architectures and identifies architectural optimizationsEnsuring the delivered system and services is consistent with the agreed architecture and meet the business requirementsDriving the technical validation and ensuring the services of the technology vendors meet the business requirementsWorking in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of the organization, to ensure design of an end-to-end solution that unlocks business valueBeing responsible to ensure that all teams take accountability for key cross platform requirements i.e. Performance and Security by Design You are a good match if you have:Proven experience in selecting & implementing modern front-end technologies (headless CMS, API-based architectures, native/hybrid mobile development frameworks, etc.)Experience in implementing commerce-based user experience & continuous experimentation10+ years of experience implementing front-end frameworks/CMS at large scaleExperience shaping solution architecture that fit within the wider Enterprise landscapeGrowth mindset and passion to explore new technologies & solutionsGood understanding of integration technologies (APIs, Dell Boomi, Solace, etc.)UI/UX certification is a nice-to-haveFluent English writing and speaking skillsAgile mindset and can easily work in changing conditions and collaborate with various people, cultures and stakeholder levels.
