Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Media Informatics, Web Engineering or equivalent professional experience

Advanced English language knowledge

Knowledge of Spring Boot, ideally with experience of Helidon

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS (preferably TailwindCSS) and JavaScript (ES6)

Desirable: experience with service-oriented architectures, RESTful APIs, Kubernetes, enterprise WCMS

Proficiency in common build and version control tools (e.g. Maven/Gradle, Git)

Responsible, structured approach to work, strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Design, development and maintenance of Java based services (Spring Boot, Helidon) and WCMS components (FirstSpirit)

Implementation of modern web frontends using HTML, CSS (Tailwind) and JavaScript (ES6, without NodeJS)

Contributing to the architecture and further development of our technical service and front-end landscape

Deployment and operation of applications in a Kubernetes environment

Providing support for developed applications (analysis of complex error scenarios, bug fixing, performance optimization)

Close collaboration with product owners, system owners (PIM, WCMS, E-commerce, Salesforce, SAP), DevOps and infrastructure teams
