We work with all aspects of the wind turbines after they are commissioned and functionalIn the Technical Instructors NCE_2 Field team we deliver software & technical courses in training and development for technicians and office staff in the Vestas organization. We function as an administrative team that supports in forecasting and planning of safety & technical courses in our dedicated training centres and on site. We also conduct safety & technical courses, where we deliver more than different courses to the Service organisation. We also ensure documentation of achieved competences & course follow up with our stakeholders. ResponsibilitiesAs a Functional Instructor you can expect to undertake the following tasks: Perform functional trainings for Vestas Employees e.g. SAP / Sales Force, both onsite and remotely. Provide new and existing Vestas Employees with the necessary training to enable them to conduct their job professionally and safely Continuously keep up to date on new software releases Responsible for developing and creating training materials, working with Power Point, theoretical and practical exercises as well as remote training content Ensure the achievement of the business goals in accordance with the Group strategy and the contractual fulfilment of our obligations towards the customers of the NCE training department QualificationsWe believe that for you to be able to thrive, you can reflect yourself in some of the following qualifications: Bachelor´s degree, engineering, or equivalent attainment Training experience/Training certification preferred 2 years of relevant work experience in similar position Good MS office skills High-quality level of accurate and effective work performance Driver´s license class B CompetenciesOn a more personal level, we hope you can reflect yourself in the following: You are able to travel frequently You have a cultural understanding of differences across borders and diasporas Flexibility orientation to your scheduling, as your courses might be changed, annulled, postponed You value reliability and corporation You are a problem solver You are motivated, open minded, and an effective communicator in English.
