Join us and you will be able to: Coordinate the international team of HW Quality Assurance Engineers ( Romania, Germany, China)Mentor the subordinates colleaguesContributes to continuous improvement of Hardware processesEnsures adherence of the Hardware processes to development standardsPlanning and execution of internal hardware project audits (Automotive SPICE, IATF, etc.)Allocate the subordinate colleagues on projects, in accordance with the defined strategyEstablish the priority of the execution of the tasks for subordinates and take measures to streamline their activityCheck and contribute to the preparation of the accompanying documentation of the products made by the subordinate teamsProvides technical support for advanced difficult situations encountered in team projectsContributes to improving the quality of professional training of subordinate employeesPlanning and execution of product related internal Hardware Milestone AcceptancesPlanning and monitoring the execution of performed reviews on the Hardware relevant work productsPlanning and monitoring of project related KPIs focused on the Hardware development WHY PREH?
