General Ledger Team Leader (Hungarian Speaker) in Cluj Napoca

Your Responsibilities

 

  • You are responsible for in-time and in-quality service delivery of General Ledger Team for the relevant customers regarding general ledger posting, closing, intercompany
  • Review service delivery performance and initiate measures to improve performance of the team
  • Review IC postings and IC reconciliation process
  • Deliver information and data concerning internal and external auditor requests in time and in the adequate quality
  • Coordinate with Sub-ledger Teams to ensure closing of sub-ledger accounts according to the closing schedule
  • Active management and supervision of financial and regulatory reporting tasks providing general leadership of team members and organized, timely delivery of tasks

 

Your Profile

 

  • Education / Training: University degree in Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or similar Strong accounting background with a professional financial certification, for example CPA, CIMA etc preferred
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in General Ledger accounting process in similar, multi-national, corporate environment Experience with reporting process within multi-national corporation preferred Good communication skills, good command of motivation and team building techniques, experience of team leadership preferred Excellent knowledge of principles, practices, regulations, and procedures as they relate to IFRS, local GAAP, closing and external reporting
  • Languages: Hungarian and English advanced
