What You’ll Do
Engage & Listen: Understand consumer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Resolve Issues: Manage complaints efficiently, collaborating with team leaders for timely solutions.
Document & Improve: Keep accurate records and suggest process improvements to enhance the consumer journey.
Follow Through: Ensure cases are resolved and consumers stay informed.
Learn & Grow: Participate in training sessions and support onboarding of new team members.
Feedback Implementation: Suggest improvements to enhance consumer care services and streamline processes, drawing from previous experience in process optimization.
Job Qualifications
Availability required:
8h/day for full-time roles
Minimum 4h/day for part-time roles (in the first 2 months you will have to attend full- time training, then will become part time)- language bonus prorated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & German are required
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree
Proven experience in customer service or consumer care role/handling complaints
Passion for consumer care and a genuine desire to help.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self motivated.
