Knowledge/ experience of how organizations run their HR/mobility or tax function (either due to an in-house position in one of these functions or as a professional services provider in tax, immigration or payroll services, working with client stakeholders from these functions).Experience of leading client meetings/ workshopsAnalytical mindset with the ability to assess complex client environmentsAbility to operate strategically while maintaining accountability for delivery outcomesExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skillsPrevious experience in a Big4 environmentOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Your future role The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Scope validation and opportunity identification, typically via RFP review, and planning workshops with clients Client business and operational understanding, typically via client workshops/ regular meetings Client relationship management throughout the onboarding phase Bridging client needs, engagement team professionals and offshore delivery centre stakeholders Transition project setup and oversight Cost estimation and cost management during the onboarding phase Empower Project Managers and junior staff to own delivery responsibilities Provide oversight, challenge, and guidance to client contacts and Deloitte team members Quality assurance and escalation point (including reviewing client memos and weekly status reports prepared by Project Managers) Focus on quality, scalability, and long-term value creation within the Transition COE Market intelligence/ monitoring competitors offering in the same space Training provided to the successful candidate
