Come be a part of this journey!BAT ROMANIA IS LOOKING FOR A GLOBAL MOBILITY ANALYSTBritish American Tobacco Global Business Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Global Mobility team support, joining us on a temporary basis in our offices in Bucharest.Job purpose and key deliverablesProvides specialist technical expertise through the processing of global mobility activities Assists in testing activities for implementation of new tools/processesSupports case execution by ensuring that documentation is produced in line with process guidelines and procedures and by maintaining data in different systemsMonitors planned employee assignment end dates/lease end dates/visa expiry datesResolves queries related to the Global Mobility policy, processes or proceduresIdentifies opportunities to improve specialist services and processes and escalates appropriately.Essential requirementsPrevious experience in HR Administration area, exposure with global mobility activities / relocation and immigration process flows / expatriates management would be a plusExperience in working with HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and APRO would represent a plus)Stakeholder management skillsCommunication and customer service skillsProblem solving skillsGood numerical skillsAttention to detailsSolid planning and organizing skillsPriority setting skills.WE ARE BATAt BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
