  • He / she is responsible to acknowledge and follow the customer specific requirements implemented in internal processes
  • Review of all new logistics contracts worldwide.
  • Discussion of new clauses with legal department, finance department and other involved departments in case of any doubts
  • Drives improvements in his process, Unit and Functional Testing, supports Key Users and End Users when needed and requested, shares internally with other global Key Users the open topics discussed and process performance monitoring. in order to get to a common agreement for next steps. keeps in his role the concept of our global template.
  • The Process Manager has Process responsibility in all Request for Change (template changes\\Adaptation). The validation of an RFC has to include the integration alignment to other modules and in case of a retro fit implementation
  • Receive, Verify & Transfer Goods, Scrap Procedure, Production Supply & Warehousing, Pack Product and Labeling, Pick Product
    • Qualifications Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or similar desired Specialty in process mapping
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the operation of Supply Chain Management (Source, Make, Deliver, Material Flow & Warehouse), within at least 1 years drive specific processes for Material Flow and warehousing
  • Operational experience (SAP module IMWM)
  • Advanced knowledge of English (spoken&written)
  • Moderation and presentation


    Desirable Skills/Qualifications

  • Knowledge in Business Process Model & SCOR model
  • SAP Template implementation method
  • Process Mapping and Design
  • Project management
