Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager in Bucuresti

Job Description We are looking for a program manager to help drive critical projects involving the strategic transformation of the Talent Acquisition function at YouGov while proactively guiding and influencing teams and leaders to ensure the successful implementation of global projects. This role will be reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to help and lead the implementation of processes, projects, and strategies designed to support the evolution of Talent at YouGov. This role will also be responsible for leading our graduate programs globally. This role will develop a program and project management infrastructure for a growing TA organization and lead projects tied to organizational goals, including recruiter enablement, productivity, candidate experience, and organizational health. Key Responsibilities: Support initiatives aimed at optimizing, standardizing, and streamlining TA processes globally. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Create a roadmap for talent acquisition programs, including timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Lead and manage the execution of strategic talent acquisition projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and business leaders, to understand their talent needs and align program initiatives. Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and technology vendors. Implement best practices to enhance the candidate experience and employer branding. Ensure all talent acquisition practices adhere to legal and compliance requirements. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Drive early career programs within YouGov Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience of 5+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on global program management and strategy. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with experience in utilizing data analytics tools. Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
