Within this responsibility you clear goods for different customs procedures (procedure vamale) and for Intrastat. How You will Make an ImpactWill follow the internal rules and regulations as established by the organization and the relevant legal entity you work forPrepare customs declarations and Intrastat filesFile customs declarations and IntrastatMonitor and control those processesWhile performing your tasks, you always have an open mind to identify and report room for improvement and process flawsActively participate in team growth effortsReport to the team lead Customs Procedures located in BucharestWhat You Bring You have recently finalized your Bachelor's studies or currently are enrolled in a Master program, preferably in international business, economics, trade, legal or comparableSome experience in the field of customs processes (Import, special procedures, export, Intrastat) will be considered a plusNegotiation, presentation, and assertiveness are attributes that describe you the best.Strong interpersonal skills, communicative, pragmatic and enthusiastic personalityIndependent approach to work, high sense of responsibility, proactivity and team spiritAbility to effectively collaborate and build relationships with colleagues across multiple functions and locations Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Power Point) Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written): German is a plus
