Presently, we are seeking a proficient Grid Connection Manager with a robust engineering background for placement in Bucharest, Romania.YOUR TASKS Support the rollout and implementation of newly developed grid connection organization, procedures, and processes.Prepare, deliver and follow up the grid connection documentation to TSO/DSO.Conduct site visits before and during construction to monitor construction progress, identify risks, and meet contractors.Secure grid connection agreements (or modifications) aligned with the project strategy.Work closely with the project management team to advise on grid connections, from standards and best practice.Responsible for all aspects of the Power Grid connection process to the TSO and DSO networks.Comprehensive understanding of the Romanian grid connection process, ANRE orders, national regulations and standards. YOUR SKILLS Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable studies.Experience in technical or project management for grid connection assets such as new substations, substation extensions, grid connections of renewable energy projects.Align individual and team objectives to company objectives.Willingness to travel, learn and work within standardized processes/procedures and continued drive for process improvements.Proficiency level of English and Romanian.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.Experience with protection relay settings and commissioning in DSOs & TSO substations.Knowledge of the connection procedures to the national HV/MV grid with national TSO / DSO grid operators.
