Group HR Systems Manager Our client is a prominent entity involved in the production and distribution of beverages in Romania and seeks a proficient and forward-thinking Group HR Systems Manager to assume a crucial position within their ongoing HR transformation journey.This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and expansion across various regions. Position Details: Role Title: Group HR Systems Manager Reporting to: Chief HR Officer Location: Preferred in Ploiesti, Romania Scope and Responsibilities: As the Group HR Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the successful transition from an external HR Services BPO to the internal HR function, with a focus on implementing a global salary system. Managing HR administrative staff, both internal and outsourced, overseeing recruitment, mentoring, evaluations, training, and more. Developing and implementing standard operating procedures aligned with industry best practices. Ensuring a positive work environment and efficient processes through policy implementation and guidance. Monitoring HR efficiency, optimizing HR processes, and assessing and upgrading business systems. Defining the strategic and operational direction of HR Shared Services, including process design, systems, team leadership, and talent management. Leading a team of HR Shared Services professionals, fostering an exceptional service culture. Collaborating with various departments to comply with legal requirements and ensuring HR strategies are aligned with company goals. Coordinating talent acquisition strategies, compensation and benefits programs, and employee development. Engaging in disciplinary processes and resolving low-performance cases. Overseeing HR technology implementation, particularly Infor CloudSuite HCM and other relevant systems. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of three to five years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR payroll management, HR business partnering, or HR service center experience. Minimum of three years of management experience with a successful track record in team leadership and motivation. Experience designing and implementing HR Shared Services. Knowledge of Case Management solutions. Knowledge of Infor CloudSuite HCM preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate diverse teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer software such as MS Office, Charisma, and SAP. Excellent communication skills in English and Romanian. Positive attitude, integrity, and the ability to work both independently and within teams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Self-motivated with a CAN DO attitude. Strong interest and potential for future global HR management. Compensation and Benefits Package: Salary: Negotiable, starting from 3000 EUR gross per month. Performance Bonus: Discretionary, based on KPIs, ranging from 15% to 20% of yearly salary. Company Car: as per the company policy. Additional Benefits: Company laptop, company telephone, and necessary working materials. Paid Holidays: 23 days of annual paid leave, as per the company policy and legislation. Reimbursement of Pre-Approved Travel Costs: As per the company policy.
