Group Leader Hardware
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering. 5+ years of experience leading hardware development in the automotive sector. Deep knowledge of circuit design, PCB layout, power electronics, and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay). Familiarity with ISO 26262, functional safety, and hardware validation practices. Proficient in tools such as Altium, Cadence, or similar. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Experience with EVs or ADAS is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead hardware development projects from concept through production, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.Oversee the design, integration, and validation of hardware components in compliance with ISO 26262, ASPICE, and other automotive standards.Manage and mentor a cross-functional engineering team, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.Ensure regulatory compliance, support certification processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams, as well as external suppliers and stakeholders.Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies relevant to automotive hardware systems.
