Who we’re looking for: We are looking for a Web Developer/Growth Engineer with a unique combination of growth-driven digital marketing skills. This person should feel comfortable working with data, various web technologies and digital marketing platforms to create effective online experiences and support our marketing and business goals. Responsibilities: Develop, optimise, and maintain our company websites to offer the best user experience and drive conversion. This includes ensuring that all web interfaces are intuitive, engaging, and designed to convert visitors into users. Collaborate in the design and development of campaign-specific Landing Pages and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence. Utilize A/B testing to refine these pages for maximum impact. Leverage SEO best practices to improve organic reach and conversion rates. This involves keyword research, content optimization, and building a healthy backlink profile. Conduct ongoing website performance analysis using analytical tools to refine our strategies. Leverage data to make informed decisions that drive user engagement and business growth. Code custom functionalities aligned with unique business objectives, ensuring seamless integration with existing CMS (Webflow) and enhancing the user journey on our digital platforms. Develop innovative features that differentiate our services and optimize user experience. Integrate necessary tools and software for online events like webinars, providing a seamless user experience that supports our marketing and engagement goals. Ensure high-quality streaming and interactive features to engage participants. Analyze user behaviour and patterns using data analytics tools to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and execute growth experiments to test hypotheses across different channels and aspects of the product, using a systematic approach to evaluate the performance and scalability of growth strategies. Optimize conversion rates across all digital platforms through continuous testing and refinement of web pages, user flows, and marketing campaigns. Implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve user experience and maximize conversions. Implement marketing automation strategies to streamline marketing efforts and personalize user experiences. This includes setting up and optimizing email marketing campaigns, segmentation strategies, and targeted messaging to engage users at various stages of their journey. Requirements: Strong analytical skills with experience in using data analytics and user behaviour analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, VWO, Firebase) to drive decision-making and growth strategies. Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO), including the ability to design, implement, and analyze A/B or multivariate tests to improve website performance and user experience. Knowledge of growth hacking techniques and tools, including marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Make, Mailchimp, ClickUp, ClickSend) and experience in deploying automated marketing campaigns aimed at user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and extensive knowledge of CMS platforms, with a strong understanding of web development practices that support SEO, performance optimization, and conversion optimization. Demonstrated experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and an understanding of how to implement and manage tracking solutions for comprehensive analysis of user interactions. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a role focused on web development, digital marketing, or growth engineering, with a proven track record of leveraging technology and data to drive significant business growth. Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English; knowledge of German will be an additional asset, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience, with a preference for candidates who have a blend of technical and marketing skills.
