Job DescriptionTechnical assistance for Microchip’s AC/DC-DC Linear and Switching Power Management ICs;Design Schematic and PCB layouts using CAD tools for validation boards, execute the prototypes and test them;Ensure support on current CAD environment;Define test procedures and apply said procedure to ensure the correct functionality of the designed applications;Help with board functional validation;Contribute on the creation of factory test procedures for the boards worked on;Collaborate with the corporate manufacturing division on the release to manufacturing of the final design files and help answer questions coming from the contract manufacturers;Populate the board webpages for the designs with all relevant description, features and design files;Develop tradeshow demos with custom mechanics and board designs;Develop 3D printed parts used on demo boards;Contribute to the corporate component library by adding new components to the database.
