SIMEA specializes in the production ofelectrical and electronic parts and components, as well as metal processing,electric motors, and component manufacturing. For Siemens DI PA plant, anexpansion and competence development into a significant electronics plant is inpreparation.For thefuture positioning of SIMEA as a major unit producer and location for services(, for Strategic Purchasing, IT and Development) we are looking for a valueflow, process and change oriented person:Head ofFinance SIMEA Sibiu What will be my role?As Head ofFinance at PA's Sibiu manufacturing plant, you will be responsible for allcommercial functions and activities of the Sibiu plant. In your new role, youwill act as a trusted partner to the Manufacturing Management of the Sibiuplant.You will be responsible for factoryand product value management according to guidelines and local regulations,procurement, supply chain logistics and IT department as well as commercialresponsibility for the R&D department of DI PA DCP PP.Drive financial policies & guidelinesand govern the financial management of the companyLead the analysis and interpretationof financial reports for strategy, initiatives, product costing, and investmentplansYou will lead the expansion ofproduction and the increase of production volume and be responsible forimplementing operational process flows and new digital toolsYou will change value flows and setup Sibiu as a full-fledged plantThere is an opportunity to assume therole of CFO for the SIMEA Sibiu SRL company.What do I need to qualify for this position?You are an experienced leader within-depth knowledge in commercial or logistics of a factory with interculturalcompetenceYou have experience in variousmanufacturing related functions such as performance controlling, supply chainmanagement, RIC of a legal entity and procurement Mandatory experience in themanufacturing sectorYou are a trusted partner to yourstakeholders: Suppliers and partners, colleagues, managers, and employeesWe are looking for an individual withstrong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
