Head of Industrial Engineering Job Req ID: 119896 Location: Hunedoara, RO, 331110 Work Type: Full time Contract Type: unlimited We are looking for a Head of Industrial Engineering for our plant in Hunedoara. Responsibilities: Ensures implementation of processes industrialization in own area of expertise taking into account specific project goals and plant strategy; Coordinates and continuously optimises plant resources, processes, material flow and surfaces planning with the aim factory optimisation, respectively the external connections; Development of Industrial Engineering plant sector, in close cooperation with direct superior; Offers support in projects together with project managers in accordance with specific project goals and factory strategy; Ensures production process implementation for new production products as well as already existing in the plant, in accordance with project goals, technical instructions and Central Development Department; Ensures planning and realization of production processes from receiving supplies until delivery from plant of new products, as well as already existing ones in the plant together Product Development Department; accountable for Technology Development, Procurement of Fixed Assets, Logistics, Production and Quality taking into account the specific goals of the project. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (Studied mechanical engineering/ manufacturing technology/ industrial engineer). At least 3 years experience in a production environment and minim 2 years in a similar position with injection moulding experience; Advanced level of English, German language would be considered a plus; Very good leadership and conflict management skills; Goal orientated, overall process oriented and problem solving skills.
