Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.Your responsibilities Oversee the capabilities of IT Infrastructure and Service Management in Bucharest and deliver on projects, to help improve FLSmidth digital capabilitiesResponsible for managing a team of IT professionals based out of Bucharest.Help our employees - and the organization to be the leader in the market through adoption of IT Infrastructure Services, solution architecture and related projects.Special focus on IT NetworkManagement of the Internet ServicesManagement of the WAN ServicesManagement of the LAN ServicesManagement of Network FirewallsWhat you bringMasters degree10+ years’ of experience in IT infrastructure management with at least 5 years of experience working in a consulting / advisory leadership role.Experience in leading a diverse team spread across multiple countries.Advanced EnglishUp-to-date awareness of industry trends and technology advancements.Able to align and work both with business and highly technical stakeholders.A driven and forward-thinking problem solver, with the ability to motivate and drive team enthusiasm at the highest level.Proven track record on aspects of IT Infrastructure transformation, especially with applying modern ways of working (lean, agile, DevOps), architecture (APIs, microservices, distributed systems) and data (DataOps) at enterprise scale.The position is for Bucharest, Romania.
