The scope of responsibilities includes: Responsibility for the coordination of the technical discipline, leadership and management of the MPE (mechanical and piping engineering) RO team, especially with regard to resources, tasks, deadlines and costs, support of the project team with technical know-how and profound expertiseRepresents the MPE Ro group in the Corporate MPE department activities, meetings, strategies and collaborate with the other departments to fulfill the overall Ro objectivesSupport of key account activities, quotation calculations and customer supportAcquisition activities in coordination with Business unit managerStrong sense of responsibility and Leadership skillsStrong problem and conflict solving skillsProfessional and disciplinary responsibility as well as management of own teamCreation, review, updating and approval of documentsMonitoring and participating in the identification of project risks and the development of risk reduction plansModeration of project meetings as well as interface to the customer with regard to all technical mattersDevelopment of standards and the project-specific engineering manual in coordination with the client and internal departmentsTechnical and soft skills development of MPE teamTrain employees and guide them towards performance and efficiency Our requirements: Mechanical Engineering degree with minimum 10 years of experience in related projectsIn-depth technical and economic understanding of project processes and contexts (related to piping and mechanical discipline)Able to lead complex teams, coordination skills, soft skillsExcellent communication skills both with the customer and with own colleagues and Management TeamTeam player, emphaticAbility to motivate employees and teamsVery good knowledge of English; German is an advantageHigh level of resilience in challenging situations and problems within the group or branch officeWillingness to travel Our offer: Committed and dynamic team with an excellent working atmosphereFlexible working hours and home office optionVTU Academy with internal and external training opportunitiesStrong company culture towards respect and collaborationCompany health insuranceComplimentary beverages and fruits at our locationsAs well as other attractive benefits Kontakt VTU Engineering GmbH Grambach Austria - Sucursala BucurestiStr.
