About the Role We are looking for an accomplished leader to head our Retail ERP Division, with full accountability for strategy, revenue growth, and international expansion.
This role requires a strong business consulting background, a commercial mindset, and the ability to scale operations while building trusted partnerships with major retail organizations.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will shape the division’s vision, expand our market presence, and drive high-impact ERP and digital transformation programs across the retail sector.
Key responsibilities: • Define and execute the strategy for the Retail ERP vertical, including market growth and international expansion • Own full P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable business performance • Lead business development initiatives and strengthen executive client relationships • Act as a senior advisor to clients, bringing a strong consulting perspective to retail transformation initiatives • Oversee the delivery of complex ERP and digital transformation programs ensuring quality and business value • Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams • Champion operational excellence, scalability, and continuous improvement Requirements: • Proven track record of P&L ownership, revenue growth, and scaling business operations • Strong senior business consulting background with strategic advisory and client-facing experience • Significant leadership experience in consulting, technology, or digital transformation environments • Experience managing large client portfolios or expanding business in competitive markets • Solid understanding of ERP solutions and retail industry processes • Exceptional executive presence, influencing, and negotiation skills • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus What We Offer The opportunity to lead a strategic division in one of Romania’s most successful software companies; A collaborative and innovation-oriented environment that values expertise; Competitive salary package and performance-based bonuses; Hybrid work model and flexible schedule; Continuous professional development, access to training, and exposure to cutting-edge technology.
