Job descriptionJob description and main responsibilities:Offers support to all AKKA employees via phone, Teams, emailHandles user’s issues from resolution until the ticket is closed or the ticket is escalated to the next support groupQualifies incoming tickets on the ticketing toolHandles tickets in SLACreates ticket for each issue reported by the userFollows-up on in-house tickets dailyParticipates in team meetings with other support groups when neededUpdates existent knowledge articles, creates new ones when neededCollaborates with support groups/referents to help speeding up the resolution of different issuesReports general issues to superior/handling groupProfileRequirements: Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French Good analytical skills Good knowledge of Windows operating systems Good overview of standard Office applications and systems( MS Office, VPN, Telephony, Skype, Printers etc.) Good knowledge of Active Directory ITIL knowledge is welcomePrevious experience in Service Desk and/or previous experience in IT Apply for job opening
