HR Administrator in Baia Mare

Join our dynamic team as a Temporary HR Administrator!For the next six months, you'll be providing crucial administrative support to our Animal Health Businesses across Romania. From managing contracts and recruitment to updating our HR systems, your role will be vital in ensuring smooth operations. If you're ready to dive into a fast-paced environment and make a real impact, apply now!This is a temporary position for a period of 6 months.More about the role:Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, including candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including the completion of paperwork, and introductions to company policies and procedures.Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing employee records, processing paperwork, and responding to employee inquiries.Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.Support employee relations initiatives, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, as needed.Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.Qualifications & Experience:Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR administration and recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Good knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and employee relations (advantageous).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software (advantageous)Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proactive and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
