Mission
The HR Analyst (Reporting) supports the HR function by preparing, analyzing, and consolidating HR data, reports, KPIs, and salary-related information across all CRH entities in Romania. The role ensures accurate and timely reporting, supports compensation and benefits processes, and maintains high data quality in HR systems. The position requires strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
Responsibilities
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare dashboards, KPIs, headcount and cost reports; collect, validate, and consolidate HR data; support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
- Compensation & Benefits Support: Assist in salary reviews, bonus calculations, budget simulations, job evaluations, and market benchmarking.
- HR Systems & Data Quality: Maintain accurate data in SAP/SuccessFactors or other HRIS systems; monitor and improve data quality.
- Cross-department Collaboration: Provide HR data to HRBP, Finance, H&S, Procurement, IT; support HR projects requiring analytics.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement reporting automation opportunities; enhance templates, dashboards, and reporting flows.
- Payroll & Admin Reporting: Consolidate payroll inputs, employee changes, allowances; prepare periodic HR administrative reports; ensure data alignment across systems and payroll provider.
- Authorities Reporting: Prepare and submit required HR statistics and reports to local authorities (e.g., INS, ITM) ensuring legal compliance and alignment with internal data.
Competences
- Professional Knowledge & Skills: Good understanding of HR processes and compensation fundamentals; advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI; experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors, SAP); strong analytical and reporting capabilities; understanding of job evaluation and salary ranges. Proficiency in Romanian language and very good English language knowledge.
