What will you be doing as an HR Data Intake Partner (EMEA)
The HR Data Intake Partner (EMEA) serves as an operational interface between HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Operations teams, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of HR service delivery. This role brings a good understanding of HRIS and data to enable seamless execution of HR transactions, ensures data quality, and drive process improvement.
This should be completed through the following activities:
Responsibilities:
Service Intake & Request Management
Receive, validate, and process diverse HR requests, including job changes, global transfers, and organizational structure updates, etc.
Process data change in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Bunge's regional and global policies.
Categorize and prioritize incoming HR requests, monitor their end-to-end progress, resolve execution queries, and proactively address and escalate delays or roadblocks to ensure efficient service delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks related to data duplication or inconsistencies and effectively collaborate with HRBPs for informed decision-making. Stakeholder Management
Serves as an escalation point for HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and conducts regular touchpoints to identify and address friction or issues.
Offers guidance on data management processes, data quality, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and service models to HRBPs, HR Operations service delivery teams, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) Continuous Improvement & Service Innovation
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), advise on and test HRIS/CRM configurations, collaborate on knowledge article creation, and support automation and catalogue updates.
Recommend automation, process redesign, or pilot initiatives based on feedback from HRBPs and HR Operations, as well as transaction data. What you can bring to the role:
Min 1-3 years’ experience in HR Data /HR Operations or related field
Bachelor’ degree– HR related education is an advantage
Good knowledge of HR processes
Strong command of English (both verbal and writing)
SuccessFactors user knowledge
Proficient knowledge of Excel
