This is a great opportunity to join us as an HR Data Management Analyst in our Global Business Center in Bucharest. In this role you will participate in the implementation of Global HR Technology strategy to support HR and activities associated with internal HR processes, you will collaborate with local HR partners to ensure employee data is updated & accurate and support HR Technology process improvement projects in order to ensure integrity of HR applications.
Job Responsibilities
- As a Member of Global HR Technology team: Maintain strong working relationship with global teamSupport global HR Technology activitiesClose cooperation with IT HR team in requirements gathering & testingAudit and identify areas of improvement for data integrityIdentify necessary changes in HR processes related to HR Technology systems and process improvement projectsAssist in the development of and completion of test plans for any HR system modifications / patches / upgradesAssist with troubleshooting technical issues related to the use of HR Technology systemsMaintain familiarity with all HR Technology systems, utilizing them as needed, evaluating their effectiveness and making recommendations for enhancementsRun data reports, as needed to support business requests and needsPartners with HR Technology and other functions to develop business requirements for any HR system development or modificationsInvolved in SAP HR Global projectsCreate and maintain HR Technology system training documentation

Required Experience
What will make you successful
- At least 1 - 2 years of proven combined HR and HR Technology experience with proven knowledge of HR and HR Technology processes and systems
- Strong technical skills (i.e. Microsoft Office, SAP HR, HR Technology systems)
- Global HCM system experience required
- SAP HR experience is a plus
- SAP HR Payroll experience a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including ability to interact and effectively communicate within our global organization and with vendors (both verbal and written)
- High-level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential data
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Organization, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines when issues arise
- Bachelor’s Degree
