Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies across our organization. In this senior leadership role, you will ensure strong alignment between HR initiatives and business needs, drive a high-performance culture, and support the attraction, development, and retention of talent. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and play a central role in supporting transformation, growth, and organizational capability-building.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of HR plans and policies across the organization
  • Build and sustain a culture that encourages high performance and talent retention
  • Guide and consult business managers on HR matters, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Support business growth, transformation, and change initiatives, ensuring capability development
  • Adapt HR processes to better meet the evolving needs of the organization
  • Develop and implement HR policies compliant with statutory regulations
  • Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including service-level agreements for specific business units
  • Monitor HR plan deployment and progress toward sub-functional goals to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Anticipate, identify, and resolve risks or issues to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives

Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • HR/Labor Law certification (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience partnering with senior management and executive teams in complex environments (e.g., multi-country, multi-customer)
  • Leadership experience managing small to medium-sized teams
  • Budget management experience
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex organizational change projects
