- Lead the implementation of HR plans and policies across the organization
- Build and sustain a culture that encourages high performance and talent retention
- Guide and consult business managers on HR matters, acting as a trusted advisor
- Support business growth, transformation, and change initiatives, ensuring capability development
- Adapt HR processes to better meet the evolving needs of the organization
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with statutory regulations
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including service-level agreements for specific business units
- Monitor HR plan deployment and progress toward sub-functional goals to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve risks or issues to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree
- HR/Labor Law certification (preferred, not mandatory)
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience partnering with senior management and executive teams in complex environments (e.g., multi-country, multi-customer)
- Leadership experience managing small to medium-sized teams
- Budget management experience
- Demonstrated success in leading complex organizational change projects
