Together, we shape .The OpportunityHelp make Worldline the partner of choice in the global market, using our unique expertise and working with the industry to define, build and support a digital ecosystem that will deliver the best possible service to passengers and freight customers.Day-to-Day Responsibilities​Process the HR transactions in HR tools via ticketing systems, establish and maintain the communication with the local HR teamsResponsible for training, provide support to the team, perform pre-Onboarding activities: pre-employment; update of the HR management system, delivery of documents, etc)Personnel administration: updating and managing the employment contracts, personnel files; ensuring compliance of HR documents with local legislation; advising employees on queries related to personnel data.Responsible for probationary period process, collaborate with different stakeholders, HR data: maintaining up to date the data in the HR systemsReporting: preparing of periodic external and internal reports, HR dashboardSupport the implementation of various local and/or global HR and/or employee related initiatives.)Who Are We Looking ForWe look for organized and enthusiastic persons.
