HR Global Specialist (m/f/d) locationKromberg & Schubert Romania - Sibiu Str Semaforului nr 30A 550320 Sibiu Romania Contact personMihaela Zinca Type of positionFestanstellung - Vollzeit Entry level Professional Our colleague will support the Human Resources operational function in all plants belonging to the Kromberg & Schubert group and will manage the interface between our international locations and HQ . Tasks: Identify deviations from standards and implement corrective measures;Design and implement global HR standards, processes and procedures in new or existing locations;Provide advice, assistance and follow-up to local HR and management on human resources processes and procedures consistent with employee standards, legislation, guidelines and company-wide goals and objectives;Identify, review, and advise on tasks related to recruitment and selection process and employment strategies to meet requirements;Perform specific research/investigation on issues such as working conditions, administration of personnel, disciplinary procedures, fluctuation and absence management; develop and implement actions;Offer needed training, tools, know how on HR operational aspects;Manage best practices and lessons learned between different locations;Responsible for HR related topics in customer projects;Prepare process action plan, maintain a list of issues, and status, escalate issues of the project;Collaborate with local and central Human Resources department staff in ensuring the effective high quality delivery of the human resources service. Desired skills and experience: Solid experience in the field of operational and strategical HR, ideally in production environment;Able to interpret employment legislation, policies and agreements;Experience in Project Management is a plus;Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations;Persuasion skills with a healthy level of hands-on approach;Pro-activity, flexibility and intercultural experienced;Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office);Very good command of English;Availability to travel.
