Cautam un HR Manager pasionat si dedicat pentru clientul nostru, care activeaza in domeniul agricol si alimentar, oferind solutii integrate pentru cultivatori si distribuitori. In aceasta pozitie, veti dezvolta si implementa strategii eficiente de resurse umane, gestionand intregul ciclu de viata al angajatilor – de la recrutare si onboarding, la managementul performantelor, instruire si compensatii – colaborand strans cu managementul superior pentru a sustine dezvoltarea culturii organizationale.

 

Responsabilitati principale:

  • Dezvoltarea si implementarea strategiilor de recrutare si selectie pentru atragerea si retentia talentelor

  • Monitorizarea performantelor angajatilor si coordonarea evaluarilor periodice si planurilor de cariera

  • Elaborarea si aplicarea procedurilor, regulamentelor si politicilor interne HR

  • Identificarea nevoilor de training si coordonarea programelor de dezvoltare profesionala

  • Administrarea sistemului de salarizare, beneficii si bugetul departamentului HR

  • Gestionarea relatiilor cu angajatii, solutionarea conflictelor si asigurarea unui mediu de lucru productiv

  • Coordonarea activitatilor administrative HR, inclusiv evidenta documentelor si raportari

Cerinte si competente:

  • Experienta relevanta in HR, la nivel de management sau specialist

  • Cunostinte solide de legislatia muncii si GDPR

  • Limba romana – vorbire si scriere la nivel avansat

  • Limba maghiara - preferabil

  • Excelente abilitati de comunicare, leadership si negociere

  • Capacitatea de a gestiona resurse umane pentru doua intreprinderi (aprox. 120 angajati) si bugete, precum si de a prioritiza sarcinile

  • Studii superioare in domeniul economic, HR sau psihologie
