With a strong presence in the industry and a commitment to excellence, our client is expanding operations and looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to oversee HR operations at their facility in Giurgiu, Romania. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies during the hiring process. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing support and guidance as needed. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, conflict resolution, and team building. Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management. Ensure all HR activities comply with Romanian labor laws and company policies. Ensuring the proper registration in Revisal Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to support business objectives. Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Support the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning. Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and employee satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Assist with audits and inspections related to HR practices and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Strong knowledge of Romanian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Fluency in Romanian and English is required.
