We bundle our expertise in the five business units Power and Heat, Nuclear Services, Renewables, Mobility and Water.   To strengthen our team at  Dornier Construction and Service SRL  in  Constanta , we are looking for a competent and dedicated   HR Specialist (m/f/d) Where your expertise is needed: Identification, selection and interviewing of candidates Managing the administrative part of the new hires (screening, contracts, related documents, etc.) Taking care of the onboarding process of new employees in correlation with Dornier Group’s HR Department Managing general administration and coordination of employee records as well as payroll calculations and postings Assisting with performance procedures and performance reviews Conducting internal audits of HR programs and generating reports on general HR activity Answering all internal and external HR-related queries and requests   Recommending necessary actions to improve existing processes or the set-up of new processes Acting as the liaison between employees and insurance providers Administering employee health and welfare plans and tracking benefit plans (healthcare, retirement, etc.) Supporting all internal stakeholders in educating employees, enforcing company policies and other various tasks and/or projects where HR support represents an added value Building of working relationships with external HR professionals and advisors What we're looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar position with similar duties and responsibilities Knowledge of Romanian labor law and any other related regulations as well as of Revisal Experience in payroll calculations and processes Solid understanding of other HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements Researching, analyzing, and presenting data and information Working across multiple departments and/or organizations with effective communication, leadership, and project management skills Working in a deadline-conscious, result-driven environment Facilitating collaboration, encouraging creative problem solving and navigating conflicts Time management and organization  Analytical thinking and attention to detail Proactive attitude, self-motivated, ambitious, and adaptable to change Solid experience with MS Office and an ability to learn new systems and processes Excellent verbal and writing communication in Romanian and English languages What we have to offer: Highly motivated teams in a national and international environment, with exciting and future-oriented projects at home and abroad A working environment that enthusiastically embraces and promotes innovative ideas and sustainable approaches Support for your individual development through the opportunity to take on responsibility, contribute your skills and develop them further A group of companies with flat hierarchies and communication at eye level Private medical insurance offered by the Company free of charge to the employee; option for the employee to also include dependents for a monthly fee deducted from the monthly wage Regular company calls, use of the Dornier Academy and employee events Your contact person As a modern group of companies, we value diversity and welcome applicants (m/f/d) - regardless of age, gender, cultural, social, or ethnic background, religion or ideology.   We look forward to receiving your application as HR Specialist (m/f/d)!   Dornier Construction and Service SRL Human Resources Department  Charlottenstrasse 18 D - 10117 Berlin About us „Venture the impossible to attain the best."
