About usThe HR Shared Services Centre was established in 2017 and delivers Payroll, Talent Acquisition and HR System Support services for Samsung European subsidiaries. The TeamBeing part of a best-in-class HR Shared Services Centre, you will work together with the leaders of the team in order continuously improve the quality, speed and efficiency of HR operations for Europe.Role and ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:You will be in charge with the identification of opportunities of efficiency gains through process automation and HR systems optimization (with focus on Workday system)Your will act as point of contact for projects, management of risks and issues related to HR systemsYou will translate business objectives and user needs into clearly written requirements for the deployment team You will ensure timely and proper all documentation of knowledge related to HR Systems activities in HR SSC scopeYou will be the in charge of ensuring the best practices deployment across all HR operational teams and European HR local teamsYou will prepare reports on different topics, analyze results and team-up with the operational leads to define and deploy action plansYou will contribute to the development of department services, delivery criteria and partnership with our stakeholdersSkills and QualificationsWhat enables you to do a great job:Previous experience of developing / maintaining Workday system and in particular the modules: Core HR, Recruitment and Reporting- mandatoryAdvanced level of Excel Tool- mandatoryProven track record of leading/contribution to systems or processes optimization initiativesExperience in an HR shared services environment, familiarity in HR functions and HRISExcellent analytical (qualitative & quantitative) and modelling skillsAdvanced verbal and written English language skillsStrong customer service, project management and quality control skills.Benefits and perks:Compensation & Benefits: attractive salary & performance bonuses, meal tickets, lunch allowanceHealth & Well-being: gym subscription, private medical care, daily fresh fruits in the officeFamily & Living: discount to Samsung products, 25 days of vacation per year. hybrid setting (2 days/ week WFH).Learning & Development: Unlimited access to our learning platform, access to in-class training and various events / conferences, coaching programs, Bookster SubscriptionEvents: Christmas Party, June 1st party, Halloween, Kids Party, team building, quarterly team events etc.
