Discover your Bergenbier experience as an HR Business Partner You will work with senior leaders to help aligning the organization’s people strategy with its business strategy for Supply Chain (Brewing, Packaging, Logistics, Procurement) and Enabling Functions (Finance, Legal & Corporate Affairs) in Bergenbier, derived from Long Range Planning (LRP) of Molson Coors CEE. The HRBP will report to HR Director Supply Chain CEE and will be based in Bergenbier (Romania), with working location from Ploiesti Bergenbier Brewery offices, in a hybrid set up. More about your role: Support leaders in strategic planning by focusing on future workforce needs, succession planning, reskilling and upskilling the workforce. Optimizing organizational design to increase productivity and improve performance of the business Provide effective HR advice and coaching to key stakeholders on people, organizational and change - related issues Collaborating with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies, acquire and retaining the best talent. Offer guidance to line managers in implementation of HR processes and policies and to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Implementing reward and recognition interventions to increase bottom-line results and employee engagement Provide advice for culture-related initiatives and implement HR strategic interventions on employee wellness, diversity and inclusion, or talent management. Working together with management and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment This role is crafted for you if have: Undergraduate degree Advanced in English (writing, speaking, reading and understanding) Data literacy: ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data; track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results Business acumen: deep understanding of FMCG industry in general and of manufacturing business units in particular Digital proficiency: have experience using HR technology (such as an HRIS) to create and implement HR strategy, apply HR management practices, and track spending. People advocacy: have excellent mentoring, influencing and relationships building skills; ability to empathize with others; deep knowledge and/or experience with national and regional labor law, and tax and social security regulations. A good understanding of the many disciplines within HR, including diversity and inclusion, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee and union relations, etc. Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization.
