Reports to: Health, Safety and Environment Manager
Set up: Hybrid
Location: Sibiu, Romania
Why we need this role
This is a critical delivery role within the Group HSE function, acting as the operational backbone for HSE projects, systems, and performance reporting across the business. While not a senior leadership or people‑management position, the role has significant influence and visibility through ownership of HSE tools, data, and insights used by leaders at all levels to manage risk, track performance, and meet regulatory and ISO requirements.
The role ensures that HSE information is accurate, consistent, timely, and decision‑ready, enabling the organisation to operate safely, compliantly, and efficiently. Reporting to the HSE South‑East Region Business Partner Lead, the role contributes to and operates as part of the Group HSE team. It is accountable for planning, executing, and sustaining global HSE projects, including technology, process, and data initiatives (for example: HSE system evaluations and implementations, reporting and analytics enhancements).
The role owns the end‑to‑end project lifecycle (from initiation through to benefit realisation), the HSE KPI framework and performance reporting, and the administration and continuous improvement of HSE systems. It works closely with HSE colleagues, IT, and business functions to deliver standardised, scalable solutions aligned with HSE strategy and ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 principles.

- Partner with IT and Engineering on HSE data pipelines, system architecture, and new tool implementations.
HSE performance, reporting & insight
- Define, maintain, and govern the HSE KPI framework and calculation rules (e.g. incident rates, audit and corrective action closure, training completion, risk assessment coverage).
- Ensure data quality, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness; run reconciliations and controls.
- Own the single source of truth for HSE performance data.
- Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and executive‑level reports (monthly, quarterly, board).
- Translate data into clear insights, trends, hotspots, and forward‑looking scenarios to support decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain Power BI data models, standardised reports, and self‑service reporting content.
