Responsibilities:
- Performing feasibility studies, conceptual and detail design;
- Preparing all the necessary drawings for the specific phase of projects (3D, 2D plans, diagrams) and written parts;
- Preparation of bill of quantities;
- Communicate and coordinate project activities with team members;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Building Services Engineering;
- At least 5 years of design experience in the above-mentioned position;
- Professional background in designing in AutoCAD and Revit;
- Literate on Romanian and European design standards, regulations, laws, engineering good practices for sanitary, firefighting, utilities supply;
- English language at a technical level;
