Job purpose is to provide deep technical expertise for maintenance of high complex IT solutions at customers located in different European countries with focus on Active Directory, Azure AD and to perform support for multivendor servers related to Data Center Solutions.   Responsibilities: Troubleshooting of tickets in complex customer environments Cooperation with Architect & Service Owner in developing IAM solutions Answering to customer requests, advice, plan and implement solutions/changes Sharing knowledge with other teammates/ Service Desk Agents and take part in shift left activities Required skills: Proficient knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD & Azure AD Connect Basic PowerShell knowledge Eager to learn and an independent learner B2 level (or higher) of Spoken and Written English including technical vocabulary Knowledge nice to have: Experience within Microsoft Identity Manager or similar IAM platform Skilled and passionate within Identity Management ITIL knowledge and understanding (change, incident and problems)   We are offering: MyBenefit platform Private medical healthcare Sport cards Lunch benefits and discounts Group insurance Glasses refund Awards Holiday allowance „Wczasy pod gruszą” SABA – free of any charge learning platform with e-learning, e-books, courses, and educational materials Introduce a friend Up to 30 days off
