This position is based in Warsaw, Poland and aligned to the FIS University Program; a two-year scheme, suited to entry level joiners who aspire to develop a successful career with a leading fintech company! As a full-time FIS University Program participant, you will receive on-the-job training and also have an opportunity to participate in team projects, professional development seminars and access an online learning curriculum during the two-year program. You will work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success - including performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews. About the hiring team This is an opportunity to join one of the largest and fastest growing areas of FIS. The role is part of the Corporate Liquidity & Insurance business unit, which is experiencing rapid (double digit year on year) growth.You will be joining the Professional Services Team who are responsible for delivering “Integrity” – our cloud based, Software as a Service, Treasury Management solution – to large corporate clients and banks around the globe.The team provide consulting and implementation services to successfully onboard our clients to the Integrity platform. The team are set up with a regional management structure, ultimately reporting to the Global Head of Professional Services. What you will be doingIn your role as Implementation Analyst:You will be working alongside industry leading professionals from across the business – Sales, Development, & Client Services as well as other implementation consultants and project managers – to support the client onboarding journeyYou will have the opportunity to develop interfaces between Integrity and clients up/downstream systems and learn about the industry standards that we adhere to, whilst you build your wider product and industry knowledgeYou will assist in the configuration of licensed modules of the Integrity system and deliver training as requiredYou will develop a sound understanding of the fundamental modules within the Integrity product and develop your understanding of the underlying database structureYou will work with other consultants and project managers to highlight any potential issues to allow pro-active solutions to be offered As you build experience in your role, you can expect to progress your career by gaining a deep understanding of our product and the Corporate Treasury industry, enabling you to lead consulting and implementation projects that are highly valued by our clients!
