Incident Analyst with German in Constanţa

Consult with customers to prioritize incidents effectively. Coordinate with service providers and stakeholders throughout the incident resolution process. Collaborate with testing teams for thorough validation. Plan and coordinate releases, including change requests. Analyze logs and perform root cause analysis. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation throughout the incident resolution process.   Required Skills and Experience German language min.
