As an Indirect Procurement Commodity Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of commodity buyers and own the procurement strategy for essential global services, including Manufacturing Capex, Legal, Finance, HR, and IT (hardware, software, and services). This is your chance to influence key sourcing decisions, deliver measurable cost improvements, and build strong cross‑functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Inspire: Guide a team of commodity buyers to deliver sourcing projects that meet business goals, stakeholder needs, and cost targets. Shape Strategy: Define winning commodity strategies and translate them into actionable roadmaps—then ensure flawless execution. Drive Performance: Own cost‑saving and cost‑avoidance initiatives to support productivity targets and contribute to the company’s financial success, including cash‑flow optimization. Team Management: Oversee team development, HR processes, and talent growth to ensure strong performance and engagement. Partner Across the Business: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels—communicating effectively, managing escalations, and acting as a trusted procurement advisor. What We Need:
Experience: Significant experience in business environment ideally 5-y experience min. in Procurement. Experience in direct management or cross-functional project management Education: Master’s degree or above in technical domain or business. Tools: Excel, Dashboard for Metrics (QCD) Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and relevant experiences in procurement commodity management. Language: English BENEFITS
