About the Role

Role Summary:
As our ISO, you will lead the development of cybersecurity workflows, oversee the implementation of critical security processes, and build frameworks aligned with industry best practices. This is a unique opportunity to drive the cybersecurity roadmap at a strategic level while working hands-on to build secure and scalable solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity workflows, policies, and procedures.
Create and oversee a cybersecurity strategy and roadmap, aligning it with both short-term and long-term objectives.
Collaborate with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs.
Manage cybersecurity frameworks, such as DORA, ISO 27001, SOC2, NIS2, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Guide threat assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response programs.
Advise clients by ensuring a proactive cybersecurity stance.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in Cyber Security area.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001 or SOC2) and ability to apply them effectively.
Experience with DORA would be an advantage.
Hands-on experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity roadmaps.
Deep understanding of threat management, risk assessment, and security compliance.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients to develop cybersecurity strategies.
